1. Warranty Activation: The Marquis Gramont warranty automatically takes effect upon the purchase of any Marquis Gramont product.
2. Warranty Duration: Marquis Gramont offers a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty is our promise that Marquis Gramont products meet the highest standards of usability, reliability, and durability.
3. Compliance Assurance: Our warranty guarantees that all Marquis Gramont products comply with the necessary EC directives and EN standards concerning electromagnetic compatibility, specifically adherence to directives 89/336 and standards EN 50081-1 and EN 50082-1 (Jan 1992).
4. Valid Purchase Points: This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through our official website marquisgramont.com or authorized retail channels.
5. Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must present the original purchase documentation obtained from our website or an authorized retailer.
6. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover theft or loss, intentional damage, damages resulting from improper use such as scratches or falling, normal wear and tear, the natural aging of used materials, or damages due to neglected care.
7. Parts Not Covered: The warranty does not extend to consumable parts such as the watch glass, battery, or strap, which are subject to normal wear and tear.
8. Normal Wear and Tear: Traces of wear on the product should be considered a normal effect of use.
9. Warranty Service: In case of a valid warranty claim, Marquis Gramont guarantees to restore the product to working order. Claims for damages or exchange outside of these conditions are excluded.
10. Authorized Service: Repairs or servicing under this warranty must be carried out exclusively by Marquis Gramont certified repair centers to ensure the highest quality of service.
11. Voiding Conditions: The warranty becomes void if any repair or alteration is performed by unauthorized third parties.
Shipping and Return Costs:
- For orders below 1000€, a shipping cost of 25€ applies. Returns for orders under 1000€ also incur a 0€ fee.
- Customers outside the Eurozone must pay a shipping fee of 45€. Returns for these orders are subject to a 45€ fee.
